The goal of formation is to help those under formation to become the disciples of Christ, experiencing Him in depth and interiorising His values and attitudes. The Kristudasi formation also aims at enabling the formees to imbibe the Servanthood of Christ and the Spirit of Mary who said “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord” [LK 1:38). The training should be realized in the context of the heritage, tradition, spirituality and the apostolic activities of the Society. The period of formation must be sufficient to train a person to be in intimate and constant union with God the Father, through His Son Jesus Christ, in the Holy Spirit (OT. 8; RC. 5).
